Dr. David Asks some important questions of interest to Humble residents - Chiropractor Humble Dr. David Asks...

What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.

Regular Visits

For each of your following visits, you sign in as you enter, and take an "Encounter Form". Our front desk staff will help you get accustomed to using this form.

Avoid a relapse with regular visits.

We have each patient date, and sign one of these forms that will be filled out with all the details of your visit that day. There is a time in and out spot and an area that you will fill out letting us know how you are doing today, if you are feeling better, or if you have hurt anything new. It takes longer to explain than do! When you have been adjusted by the doctor and received your therapy, you check out up front, again paying your visit for the day and any appointments you need are made or confirmed.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.
